In case a third party card is used, guests are required to present a notarised copy of the credit card bill, as well as a notarised copy of the credit card used for the reservation. If they do not present this proof they must perform the antigen test at check-in, in the amount of R$90, and boarding will only be allowed with a negative test.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Just finished the 4 night cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Although the boat is a little tired it is spotlessly clean (cabins serviced twice per day) and well appointed. Good size cabins, all with a balcony and enormous comfortable bed, tv, wifi, minibar, dressing gown, slippers etc. it was a floating hotel room. The staff are all lovely, a particular we would like to thank to Moura in the dining who took such good care of us. He was very kind and attentive, I was a little apprehensive as some reviews said the food was not good & the wine was undrinkable but actually we found the opposite. Lots of Amazonian fish, fresh salads, fruit (plus lots of treats if you preferred). We particularly enjoyed the captain’s dinner on the final night Food was delicious. It was followed by a wonderful show. Several excursions per day so the boredom get a chance to take hold. Although it seems expensive when you book it, you don’t have to spend a single cent whilst on board. It is, fully all inclusive and once you add everything up, it feels like good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cruise. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.

The Staff made a genuine effort to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. All safety precautions were appropriate both on board and during excursions. The ship and it's amenities was fisrt class. The bars were well stocked and very well staffed. Overall and exceptional 4 days on one of the natural wonders of the world.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, each with their own balcony, fridge and smart tv. The food was great and the service excellent. Truly all inclusive, the excursions were top class.

We had a great time on the Iberostar Grand Expedition. The food variety was good, the cocktails were great, and the excursions were quite fun—especially the piranha fishing. The staff (shoutout to Ale and the guides) were super friendly. The bed was very comfortable

It was a 5 star experience. Amazing from Day 1 to last day. Extremely enjoyed the 5 star luxury service. Worth every penny.

The breakfasts were good. However, there was always a queue at the buffet. The omlette station needs to either be moved, or have two of them so as to stop the queue.

Where all-inclusive means all- inclusive! Compared to cruises we did in the past, this was was the best organized one. The only tasks was to sign up for the activity to participate in next day. SUper easy, no complex booking/ payment process. Just: all in and worth every €
