Excellent location and hotel has first class facilities. The hosts Alberto and Jessica are extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and put on a fantastic breakfast. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Manarola is a great base to explore the villages of Cinque Terre.

Location was amazing. Right near the water with views. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we experienced on our trip. The staff were more than happy to help us with booking restaurants for dinner also, and recommending things to do, and places to see. Also helped with our transport arrangements. Can't recommend this hotel enough. One of the highlights of our trip around Italy, and we went to many, many places :)

Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Manarola. Staff really helpful. Very clean. Happy to store our luggage as continued our walking. Would highly recommend and hope to come back sometime.

This is a family run Hotel in a perfect location in beautiful Manarola. Jessica is an excellent host, happy to help with any information we needed. The breakfast is superb, especially for me as a coeliac. I had GF bread and croissants and biscuits, fruit yoghurt, eggs, cheese. Our room had some view of the sea which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

I didn't expect it to be so comfortable and clean. Despite the noisy street and many tourists, it was extremely quiet in the hotel, making it very easy to sleep. The view from the window was stunning. The location is 10/10! The breakfast was very pleasant. The reception was especially welcoming, ready to help with any questions. I highly recommend it. You will love it!

Excellent location. It’s a proper hotel with a reception desk and they provide discount on the Cinque Terre card, and the tourist card allowing you to enter the Via dell'Amore as many times as you want. Impeccable facilities and exceptional staff."

Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the train station in the centre of the village. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is lovely. The owners are very friendly and very helpful.
