The Deluxe Suite provides unobstructed views over the farm, Lake Manapouri and the surrounding mountains. Guests can watch sheep grazing from the comfort of their Super King size bed. A generously-sized dressing room, office space and living area with a daybed and open fireplace are also included. The en suite provides breathtaking views from the traditional claw foot bath, and spacious shower. There is a spacious deck for al fresco dining and evening drinks. The Deluxe Takatimu Suite provides a generously-sized and fully enclosed living room, with an adjoining bedroom and en suite. The bedroom offers a Super King size bed, timber writing table and spacious wardrobe. The bedroom and living room overlook the farm and Takatimu mountain range. The Suite also provides an entrance area with an elevated view of the courtyard and panoramic views of Lake Manapouri and the surrounding mountains. Guests will have a special experience as this villa features a fireplace. “Luxurious, warm and welcoming lodge in a simply magical setting.”

A luxury stay experience at the edge of the breathtakingly beautiful New Zealand Fiordland. The Lodge sits in a stunning rural setting, with sweeping views across beautiful Lake Manapouri to the snow-capped peaks beyond. Our hosts Breidi and Brad made us feel very welcome and at home. Gourmet dinner and breakfast included in the stay were outstanding, and upon request our hosts arranged a delicious picnic for us to take on our day cruise to Doubtful Sound. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and many thoughtful details enhanced our stay. Highlights for us included an afternoon relaxing in the Library in front of a crackling fire, and chatting to other Lodge guests in the lounge over pre-dinner drinks and canapes.

Everything was perfect! Breidi and Brad were the most wonderful hosts, the property was stunning and so serene with gorgeous views and some very cute lamb running about. Highly recommend, we will be back!
