I would like to thank all Juffair grand hotel staffs for their kindness and professionalism . I was a bit worried before my arrival to the hotel to get a room in noisy floor but it was very quiet room

Excellent location, very large size room that surprises me, even there was a decent size working table in the room. comfortable bed, noise free room.

You should have restaurant within the property. Doing breakfast in the room s not appreciated.

very good customer service! call out to Sarah who did my check in and check out, and to the night desk staff who immediately swapped me into a better room when the air-conditioning broke in the middle of the night.

Great hotel in good location.. spacious and comfortable room; the size of the room is pretty remarkable.. Excellent Front Desk staff, attentive and helpful.

The room was good enough. It was chilly when I arrived and the room does not have a heater. The room was at 18°C the entire time. Cold. The hotel is in a good location if you are there to party. There are multiple bars, clubs and restaurants connected to the hotel. Some reviews complained about the noise but it wasn't an issue with me. I would stay at this location again.
