We had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the response was impressively fast. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We accidentally left some items behind in the hotel and contacted them a day later—they were kind enough to store the items in their lost and found for six months until we could pick them up. The hotel was very clean, with plenty of car parking and good security. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants.

Yes, the breakfast was amazing and the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to get us coffee, speak with us every day, really great service.

Excellent location, staff, clean,.. Special thanks to the manager Mr MUHAMMAD SHALSH for upgrading the room for no extra cost . Thanks for the fabulous view in the room .

A bit far from everything (you need to take a bus or drive yourself to the main sighrs) however, it's a great hotel with tons of great amenities, very clean and spacious rooms that feel like you have an apartment. Good breakfast and very safe

I liked everything there. The room was superb and clean. My bed was so comfortable. I liked the location as well. If i come to bahrain again i am sure that i will prefer here one more time . Thanks for the room. It also had got a magnificent view.

The staff are polite, especially Mahmoud and Kim. The location of the hotel is close to everything. The view of the 25th floor is nice
