Staff were superb. Special mention for Mr Bassem Hamdy (Director of Rooms) who made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. Also Princess Rita who looked after us in the restaurant. Her service was unbelievable. Unobtrusively attentive. A real superstar.

Very beautifully located. 5 star treatment from the entrance to the hotel with the welcome from the valet, concierge and reception staff. The shuttle bus to and from the beach and beach restaurant. The spacious room, clean and demure. The view of the sea from the Balcony. This place is tranquil and super relaxing. The breakfast buffet very delicious with friendly staff to serve you and help you to the tables. It is a wow Hotel.
