The hotel was amazing , but we didn’t realise it would be so empty because of Ramadan . We only saw one other couple during the stay . Great for sun loungers however all but one restaurant was closed and we were told breakfast and dinner were to be served in our room only . Also there was no pool refreshment service during the day . The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you but we would have liked to be told beforehand how the hotel operates during the month of march . I’m sure April onwards it takes on a very different vibe . Thankfully the sun shone so it was a good week .

Excellent hotel. It was extremely clean and modern and had great facilities. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful taking time to ensure we had the best possible experience. It was expensive but well worth the money.

We mainly ate at the Almassarah restaurant as the setting was nicer than the main hotel and staff were particularly good here. In particular I would mention Khaoula and Zumrad. Thanks.

I recently stayed at the Royal Saray Hotel in Bahrain, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Ms. Asma and Mr. Yacine—they made me feel so welcome and took care of everything I needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved all the facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend

During our recent stay at Royal Saray, we were immersed in luxury and exceptional service. Our suite was immaculate, the decor, the layout, the overall cleanness - simply impressive. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. Jamila was exceptionally helpful. We are also very thankful to Fatima and all other staff. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, from made-to-order omelets to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax featuring an amazing pool with breathtaking views. We also celebrated the NYE at the hotel’s ballroom, it was a fun party that we enjoyed greatly! In summary, our stay was an unforgettable experience, defined by luxury, impeccable service, and attention to detail. This hotel sets the benchmark for hospitality, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I recently stayed at royal saray and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service, particularly from the director of guest relations Jamila and her team , Fatima at the reception was outstanding and very hospitable with her warm greeting, efficiency during check-out ,all the team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, all outlets we visited were excellent especially the new pool bar restaurant Al Massarah,outstanding place and beyond all descriptions:customer service was evident and top notch . The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, all was neat and tidy ! Thank you Jamila and your team your exceptional hospitality really stood out and will make us come back again and again.I highly recommend the Resort for anyone seeking a memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!
