This is one of my absolute favorite spots to stay in Bahrain. I’ve been returning here for the past five to six years, and this is my first visit back after a break of about six or seven months. I’m once again impressed by how they’ve maintained their high standards over time. What I appreciate most is their unwavering commitment to stellar service quality, which has been consistently top-notch for the past five years. The reception staff have always been remarkably professional, ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process. The hotel’s premises, including the corridors, rooms, and restrooms, are consistently spotless. A big shout-out to the management for prioritizing service quality and customer satisfaction. The staff were exceptionally! Everyone was so kind & caring. I was waiting for my visa for Saudi, which took longer than expected to come though. The reception staff & very helpful photocopying documents for me, as well as organising taxis. I had to extend my stay on a day by day basis, waiting for my visa, but I did not have to check out & pack up my room each day, as they allowed me to stay over the check out time which was very much appreciated. The pool deck was a super place to chill out & de-stress.
