Area nice and safe. Close to the airport and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy checkin and checkout. Helpful people who helped me getting a taxi towards the airport.

Great room, spacious and very clean with a balcony. Owners friendly and helpful, her mum welcomed me then took me to the supermarket with her! Helped me to find a taxi the next morning when the taxi app wasn’t working.

Very handy location if you are planning on only spending one night in Managua, 5 min drive from the airport and the host’s helped us catch the local bus into the city the next morning. Lovely mother and daughter duo hosting who spoke English and were very accommodating. Would recommend.

It's a very clean space close to the airport. We stayed here two nights before our flights and it's a very short way to the airport (by taxi like 5 minutes). The host ist super friendly! It's okay to walk around on your own, just be prepared for catcalling.
