The owner sent me a message at the day we would arrive to handle things easy. Our flight was delayed over 5 hours, but that was not a problem for him. During our stay he stayed easily approachable by WhatsApp to make sure we had a good stay at Solid Residence.

It is close to a large supermarket and there are plenty of places to eat that are fairly close. The flat was quite large and had 2 double beds that were great and had all the essentials we needed. Parking was also great, and the staff were very nice.

Great location , 24 hours supermarket nearby Perfect sunset view from the balcony. . Easy access . Very clean and very comfortable. Free parking. Seamless communication with the owner. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Very good location with the beach across the road.Splendid view of the lake.Excellent wi-fi. Stefan ,the host,has been very helpful with all our requests,very quick to provide things needed,reachable at all times to solve issues.Our accommodation was pleasant with large rooms.We would happily return to this property.

Lovely apartment in perfect location could not be faulted ln anyway. + The location was ideal for enjoying Mamaia resort . A short stroll to the beach, bus station and to the grocery store that is very convenient placed near the apartament. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed perfect in fact. Quiet situation ensuring a good nights sleep. Contact from the owners was excellent.

I really liked the apartment 😍 I would like to note that the owner is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good relaxation and good mood is created. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white towels. Everything you need is there. We were very pleased. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Gorgeous view. Thanks a lot!

Very nice place and clean ! I really recommended! We was a family with 2 kids and to adults and enough space to enjoy ! I really love the view ! 2 min walk to the see and all restaurants ,a very nice park for kids front of the building !

Perfect apartament for us, very big, clean, not far away from town and beach . The position is beautiful as you can you see the lake and the sea. The host is extremely helpful which makes your holiday more enjoyable. We will definitely come back hope very soon
