Customized Meals: Shankar personally prepares every meal, catering to our dietary needs with no oil and less spice. His culinary skills are outstanding. Highly Recommended: We highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Tarkarli. It’s a must-visit for a perfect vacation. The location is perfect for water sports, scuba diving, and sightseeing tours. This was one of our best vacations, with everything being superlative. Overall, Shankar Achrekar’s homestay offers an exceptional experience that combines excellent service, great food, and a perfect location. Thank you, Dr. Mithun

The property is located just a min walk from Dandi beach. You can easily access water sports, Sindhudurga fort and near by location. The in-house food service is exceptional, it’s super tasty food. The rooms are clean, well maintained and all features like AC, watery geyser and TV working (with OTT) enabled for guests. The owner(Achrekar kaka) is very courteous and friendly, and really took good care of us. It’s super recommended

This was such a great find! The Acharekar family are so welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay here. The home is close to Dandi beach and the fish markets, close to Malvan Town and many other beaches. The room was really comfortable with a lovely rooftop area which is great for relaxing. Mrs Acharekar cooks THE BEST food! We ate here so many times and it just kept getting better! Amazing breakfasts, veg and fish thalis, the food is really incredible! Would definitely recommend :)

The guest rooms were very roomy and a well thought out design. There was mesh on windows and magnetic mess on doors to prevent mosquitoes. Outside dining sitting area had comfy settees and jost smoke sticks provided to deter mosquitoes while you relaxed. The owner even washed my cycle gear so I could go touring in comfort. Air conditioning was a bonus for me and turned on for 30min gives comfort for the rest of the night.
