The fine print
Please note that breakfast is served as a Cafe' breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.For reservations up to 28 nights, UNITY do not requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 SEK is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 SEK is required.
The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 7 nights between reservations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The structure is new and it is kept perfectly clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they allowed us to check in very late and accepted a last-minute extra person. The spaces are very welcoming and we enjoyed the common areas.

Everything. The hotel is quite new, spacious and well decorated. The room was very nice and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The main street was just outside the window but the noise was very reduced. The lobby was also comfortable and pleasant for killing some time before my flight.

It is a relatively new location. The location is semi-central, but with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket.. Bus 3 also takes you to certain tourist areas. My room was equipped with a mini kitchen equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and with everything you need. I recommend this place, even if quite expensive. I didn't try the breakfast because I understood that the variety was poor.
