Staff really polite friendly and helpful. Great relaxing atmosphere. Manager even gave up his parking space for us. The hotel was so quaint and steeped in history as was the Abbey which was connected to the hotel. The bagpipes was played in the court yard to see the new year in as we toasted champagne supplied by the hotel. Breakfast and evening meal was excellent. All in all a fantastic two nights stay.

Great location in the centre of Malmesbury close to cafes, pubs etc. Staff very friendly, accommodating and welcoming, hotel is nicely decorated. The lounges with games were great for relaxing.

It was very clean and the decor throughout was lovely. The location was great and there were restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

We were travelling as a group with 3 babies, and the staff could not have been more accommodating - cots and high chairs provided and the staff were super gracious when the babies left crumbs all over the floor. Nothing was a problem. We also enjoyed the fantastic food and cocktails, as well as the fun décor and excellent location.
