The staff is very frindly! The owner is very nice! Breakfast (bread, egg, chai, fruit) is brought to your room! I felt safe as a solo female traveler The Resturant area is currently (january 2025) getting renovated!

I liked the area of the hotel location took me 5 minutes to get to the coco beach with my kids and access the Golden beach at the same time..the people around are so friendly, I got a warm welcome from the hotel keepers without forgetting the Baba Lao himself ..i noticed there are free taps outside that runs with clean drinking water throughout which are for whoever feels thirsty..it was an owesome stay .

babalao is a very very nice person. he takes always care about his visitors. many tourists came just to say hello. foid is nice and cheep. he drove me to a matatu to gp to wataamu....

Really cheap and the riom was okay. But the common areas was disgusting, messy and dirty. I wouldn't eat the free breakfast because you saw how dirty it was. The cleanest part of the hotel was my room though. They cjarged me 1USD more than my reservation stated but I didn't make a fuss about it. Overall good value.
