Everything was spotlessly clean, spacious room. The host/owner was extremely welcoming & gave us lots of information about the area. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Malia. Excellent stay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the place was spotless and extremely cozy. The host went above and beyond to make my stay special, offering fantastic tips on local attractions and dining spots, ranging from authentic to trendy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and lively nightlife, making it super convenient for exploring everything the area has to offer.

Perfect location, away from the noise of the bars and clubs but steps away from old town in quiet street. Supermarket nearby and beach 10mns walk. Beautiful and clean pool. Room comfortable with everything you need and cleaned everyday. Helpful and caring owner. I recommend to anyone coming to malia to relax.

Nikos is the most approachable lovely man who goes above and beyond to help his guests and make sure they are happy. Very helpful and extremely funny lovely chap that made our stay that much better. Nothing is too much trouble, he will do everything to make sure you are happy and well looked after.

Very nice studios, with comfortable rooms and well-equipped kitchen. The host is extremely helpful, and gives advice and recommendations for places to visit in Malia and in eastern Crete, tips & tricks about where you can find the best food and beaches. The private parking across the studios is perfect if you come by car.

The location of the studio was perfect. It was close to the old town and 1 minute away from a mini-market and a nice taverna. We slept perfectly for two whole weeks...the area is quiet and the bed's mattress comfortable. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you need(coffee,tea,sandwich maker, cooking plate). The Iron machine, the safe and the hairdryer available were a big + for us. The towels were changed frequently and the room was cleaned and prepared daily. We mostly enjoyed Nikos sense of humor, his kindness and open minded personality. Thank you so much for making our free time so enjoyable!

Was meet by the owner, very friendly and polite. The apartment was very clean and smelt so clean. The beds were so comfortable, no extra charge for air conditioning. The location was lovely very friendly people. Walking distance to beach and main strip.

The studios are great for couples that want to have a homey private-living experience. Also the pool area is relaxing and welcoming. The location is great, 15min walk from the beach and 2min from the main road, bus station and cafe's and restaurants. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Definitely would stay there again!
