Location primarily but we’re also blown away by our hosts, Wendy and Dave, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Dave took us on an evening drive and we found the rare marbled frogmouth. Bellthorpe really is a birder’s paradise!

The location was amazing. Peace and quiet. Great place to shut off from the world. Cold but the fireplace made up for that.

The location is lovely with good access to rainforest areas and walking tracks. We stayed in the main cottage with raw timber throughout. There was a generous amount of firewood provided, allowing a continuous cosy fire to warm the cottage.

This is the most amazing place to stay. The peace the tranquillity us fabulous. Everything for your stay is over & above, whatever you could think or ask for has been provided. Wendy & David, along with Dodge the resident pooch are very hospitable and welcoming. My favourite place to get away from it all ❤️
