It was an amazing stay! We saw so many animals at the river from the terrace of the lodge. The room was much bigger than we thought and we had a very good bed which was extremy comfortable! It was the lodge in which we slept best during our South Africa trip! We really enjoyed this spacious, clean and cozy accommodation with that amazing river view (= beautiful sunsets and sunrises and plenty of game and birds!!!). We had plenty of space there and we were helped so much by the manager Greg who suggested us a very good and affordable mechanic for our vehicle issues which were solved quickly and for very little costs by this mechanic. Furthermore it was a very cozy and lovely stay at this lodge and it was just a 10 minutes drive to the Malelane Gate of the Kruger Park. We would defenitly come back to this lodge and we will recommend it to our friends.

The location right on the river is superb. It’s leafy and quiet, but perhaps the best was the welcome by Greg who rang us to join him and an elephant bull just by the fence munching a tree in the garden. The place for a campfire was very nice and secluded. We had the family cottage which has everything you may wish for. Everything was clean and well maintained. The airconditioner worked very well.
