The transfers were seamless. We had a lot of luggage and the staff handled it all for us (to/from transport and also to/from room). Check in was easy. All the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and had tea, coffee and water. Didn’t hear any noise. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was excellent.

The staff was very helpful, they accept to keep some of my luggages while I was visiting few islands. And help me to handle the quite tricky speedboat transfer to the islands.

Everything was perfect at the hotel. Everybody from the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helped you with all the requests. The hotel restaurant has amazing food at a reasonable price ( also had a discount for each meal because of booking reservation ). A big thanks to the fact that they were able to fulfill my request for the checkout ride to a nearby island ( which is further than the agreed trip to the airport )!

Good central location, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and efficient. On site restaurant was good, nice food. The airport transfer service was excellent.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is very nice and cozy for a short stay or stop over in Malé to catch your international flight. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pick up and drop off service is excellent. All in all I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Somerset. The staff was awesome, and the room was pretty great compared with other hotels in Male.
