Location, cleanliness, attention to details and to the guests. Bonus services given such as 5 o'clock tea and welcome drink. Literally you are on the lake and immediate distance from Malcesine center. A well established car parking as well as a nice breakfast with full attention to details. All are very much appreciated.

We loved everything - the location, step off deck for swim in Lake, the complimentary afternoon tea, beautiful breakfasts and amazing helpful friendly staff.
