This is a basic, clean hotel in a prime location. The staff are friendly and happy to assist with arranging tours, trips, taxis, and other services. However, the hotel itself is quite simple and doesn’t offer anything particularly exceptional. It’s a "you get what you pay for" kind of place, ideal for travelers looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly, clean stay in a great location.

Had a great stay in Malang. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and helpful at all times. I’d rate them 10/10! The rooms were nice, clean, and neat, with beautiful views of the mountains. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the train station and Rainbow Village.

This is the first time my wife and I have stopped at this hotel. When we got to our room we found that the kettle leaked, a member of staff got a new one delivered to our room in about 15mins. The hotel is just around the corner (about 5 mins walk) from a great place to eat.

I enjoyed my stay at Whiz Prime At Malang. I didnt expect a view of Mt.Semeru from my room. That was ultimate. Staff was helpful in arranging the packed Breakfast the following morning,

The hotel is close to the train station and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The bed was comfortable. I had a massage session and it was good. Very good value for the money to spend the night in Malang
