I liked the decor of the hotel from Lobby, restaurant and cocktail bar. The room was comfortable and relaxing to stay in. The staff delivered a polite professional service. The choice of breakfast options were varied.

Centrally located, convenient to laundry. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Toilets are reliable and hot water works well. Room service food is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive. They even came to welcome us with some tarts. Room view with mountain( on request) was amazing. Breakfast spread is good enough for us.

Very spacious room, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Perfect breakfast with lots of possibilities to choose. Also the roof top bar is well equipped. Friendly stuff in reception and hotel restaurant as well. We enjoyed our stay in Malang.

All, especially our spacious room overlooking the Malang city/mountain. The breakfast are absolutely delicious, the menu change everyday. The hotel wouldn’t be better without friendly and helpful staff. We would like to come back once we are in Indonesia.

The hotel is impeccably clean and provides an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. There was a small unpleasant surprise upon our arrival, but everything was resolved very quickly.
