Excelent central location, beautiful hotel, very nice people working there to keep al things at superlative. We've had a perfect 4 nights stay in a big and clean room with an epic breakfast every morning.

Having stayed at Petit Palace Madrid a few days earlier we had very low expectations for this hotel. However - thankfully it was 10 times better. Location was perfect, good breakfast, clean, quiet room. Friendly helpful staff.

The location was great - right in the centre. Hotel in a pedestrian area . Great to have a kettle and cups so we could have tea and coffee whenever we wanted. Breakfast was excellent with a good range and topped up frequently. Good lighting in the room. We liked the little balcony. Good to have a safe.

Quiet! We had a great view from 2 different sides of the city but when the windows were closed, most of the noise was kept at bay! We had a great breakfast too.
