Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 3, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30;
- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.
Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed
and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may
apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to
prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the
type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You
should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card,
subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning
services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning
every 8 nights.For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an
additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.
When booking 2 apartments or more, special conditions and supplements may apply.

The apartament was within a walking distance of all the most important places - the beach, the monuments, restaurants, shops. The host was friendly and ready to help. The flat was clean and well-equipped. Great for people with children.

I had an incredible stay at the apartment near Malagueta Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—I booked it for my marathon, and it was just steps away from both the starting and finishing points, which made my experience so much more convenient and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Málaga.

Good location - 5 minute walk to the beach and a few supermarkets nearby. 20 minutes or so to the city center but you get much nicer beaches. The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works well. The fridge has freezer compartment, that is great. Kitchenware meet simple cooking needs. What’s app communication is convenient and helpful!

The location is great within easy walking distance of everything. Clean and quiet apartment. Staff at Caleta offices are very helpful and good email and WhatsApp communication. It's our second time and we'll come again.

Location a few steps from the beach, nice local restaurant/cafetería next doors to the apartment, where they serve local breakfast and good coffee. Mercadona supermarket also 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Good quality wifi, small but well equipped kitchenette. Aparment clean and tidy. Old town centre 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. In principle, all major sights of Malaga are reacheable on foot from there. Superb staff of Caleta is attentive and proactive with sending all instructions in a timely manner. They organized our transfer from the airport. The taxi driver had an apartment keys with her, and we did not need to worry or struggle with check-in at 2 o'clock at night because of our delayed flight.
