Even before we arrived the service was exceptional, all enquiries were answered quickly and courteously. On arrival we were well looked after, our room was ready early and we allowed straight in. The room was big and spacious and the terrace with the private pool was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we could need. The minibar was a bonus as was the availability of nice coffee in the reception area. Everything about this hotel was perfect, especially the team there, who really look after you. We mostly ate out in the local area and were never disappointed, plus they were all excellent value for money. Transport links are great, there is a bus stop almost opposite which gets you to the train station. We have already recommended Hotel Bro to any friends visiting us and we will be back next time we stay in Malaga.
