The situation, the facilities, it felt safe as we had to go through an outer door. Comfortable and clean. Outdoor roof terrace.

Excellent location. Nice apartment. single beds are really only suitable for children - too small for adults. A bit noisy with neighbours. Could provide more toilet roll. Only one set of keys between three people, and the door locks when you close it. As a result we got locked out which happens to guests regularly according to the office staff. The locksmith the company called would only accept cash and charged us €130 and he was quite rude. Would make sense to put a better system in place. The online check in process as good for not having to go to the office to collect keys but was arduous to complete online.

In an ideal location and had everything we needed as a party of four. The rooftop terrace was a great place to take a break. Excellent value for money. Holidays2Malaga are an excellent company to book with (this was our second time). They provide a great service and the communication before, during and after is very good and the check in and check out process is very easy. Laura was always available for any queries and gave us all the help we needed.

The location was good. We also loved that the the staff supports you 24/7 and respond to any message very fast. The deposit money is returned fast You can leave your luggage until the flat is ready in their office

The location was really good. In the city center and you can walk to every place. It was quite outside and the flat was really comfortable

The property is in a very central location, with lots of restaurants and facilities nearby. The communication from H2M was excellent, very efficient and responsive to any emails, in particular Adriana, Paula and Elena were very helpful. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all requirements. Malaga is a great city with lots to see and do, so I will definitely return and would have no hesitation booking H2M again, based on the excellent customer service, location and value.
