The fine print
-A surcharge of 30€ applies for arrivals after 22:00 hours (nightly charge).
-A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals after 00:00 hours. (charge at dawn).-Please note that the property will require a damage deposit of EUR 500 or more if guests are celebrating hen, stag or similar parties.-If more than 6 people come, or more than 3 days of reservation, the establishment may choose to charge a deposit of 200 euros.
- If the group to be accommodated, is a bachelor party, the deposit is set at 500 euros to be paid in cash on arrival, and will be returned in the same way at 12:30 pm on departure, after checking the property.-From 300 euros booking price, the property, may choose to ask for payment in cash on arrival on delivery of keys, and parking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
