Went to this hotel 5 times in less than 4 months even tough i was disappointed once about the concierge service and complained to the manager but my last visit I noticed a change which means they took my complaint seriously

Our stay for my Birthday was absolutely fabulous and very good value for money . The food was 1st class and the hotel was a joy to stay in. The Christmas decorations were superb? I must congratulate the maids who look after the bedrooms . They have a very strenuous job and work very hard I feel they deserve not to be forgotten as our rooms were always immaculate. Thankyou to all of them.. One of our trips I shall never forget.
