The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Esma “Great stay in the heart of Malaga”

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Malaga’s old town, with everything super close by. The apartment was modern and bright, and the staff were really friendly and super quick to reply. We really appreciated the early check-in too! Only downside was the noise at night, the ground floor was a nightclub (you don’t hear the music much), but people on the street could be pretty loud. I guess that’s kind of expected when you stay in the old town, it’s always busy. Also, the iron was in terrible shape and ruined a t-shirt, but they replaced it on our last day. Personal preference, but I would’ve liked some extra pillows, we were 5 people and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, which I wouldn’t recommend. It’s really uncomfortable, the mattress was super thin. But overall would recommend 100%.

Location was perfect. Apartment was big and had separate bathrooms. Hosts Diana and Cristina are very helpful and accommodating. Apartment was ready early for us.
