Location was great-right in the old town next to the main sites. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Francisco on the desk recommended places to eat and they did not disappoint!

Great location within a few minutes walk of the Plaza Constitution, shops and museums. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful reception staff.

The breakfast was adequate. From the airport you need to use a taxi as it would be very difficult to find the hotel using any form of public transport in a huge sprawling city.

As the hotel dining room was undergoing renovation.Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe which was lovely, however we were looking forward to eating in the hotel so were slightly diappointed initially , it would have been nice to know prior to arrival.
