The fine print
Starting from January 1, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all foreign guests staying at the hotel. This tax is separate from the room rate and must be paid during check-in. However, Malaysian citizens with a valid Identity Card or valid permanent residents with MY PR Card are exempt from this tax. Additionally, a heritage charge is applicable per room per night, and this fee should be paid directly to the hotel. Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 carparks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

The hotel is really nice and staff very responsible. The location is good and the interior of the hotel is good. The room capacity was really big. It was a really good place to stay. The breakfast was also good.

Location was great. The view of the river, boats and kg morten was beautiful esp at night. Breakfast spread was good but cld be crazy during peak hours. The best part was the pool area.
