The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 carparks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30 per adult and MYR 25 per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Beautiful places, easy access to town. Staff very kind and friendly. Most important really love their food and breakfast / brunch set from 7am until 12pm very convenience

I like the swimming pool got kids likes to playing around, just the water is slightly cold. Location is good near by all convinence store around and shopping mall.

All the silicone in the bathroom turned to black color like algae. No room make up after we back to hotel at night. The balcony door was spoilt and couldn't lock. The pillow not so comfort. Table lamp was spoilt. Fridge was leaking in the 2nd day and a lot water on the floor. The kettle got a lot dirt.

Superb location! Centralised, accessible to most of everywhere. "Parking space available" has always been my first priority to consider where to stay each time I travel to Melaka by car and they have extend Level 7&8 for their guests to park for free

This hotel was more expensive than other places I’ve stayed (on 3-months travel). Overall it’s brilliant, location on the river with a 15 mins walk to red square and everything you need. The breakfast was really good and lots of choices for western tastes - we only had one other meal each day. 7-eleven over the road. Pool was good (but freezing) gym is a little sparse but the equipment that’s there is good quality, free weights and cable machine so can get a workout in but no mats for example. View from gym is also lovely. We loved Melacca!

Very good location. The room is large and decent. The view from my window is totally worth it. The breakfast is ok, not really my favorite but enough. I like the gym and the pool outdoor. The gym has a view to a lot of green trees around, which is refreshing. At least 2 pools for kids and 2 pools for adults, nice view for sunset. Compared to the price, this is a very good deal.
