The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
-Guests must show complete vaccination certificate (14 days after second dose) when entering Hotel.
-Adults that have completed vaccination are allowed to bring kids age of 17 years & below.
-You may be denied check-in to the property due to high body temperature or contagious disease.
-Children below the age of 12 years and senior citizens are not allowed in the swimming pool.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Loved my room at the Moty Hotel. It was clean, large and comfortable. The room also had a shower and bathtub ad well as robes. The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for all the main sights. Do not skip the evening river cruise, as it shows you more of the river walk than you may choose to explore on your own. We really enjoyed our stay and would return

best environment but no smart tv😞 only have basic channel😞 but overall its very good bcs near to town . only 2 minute walk to bandar hilir

We arrived around 330pm and were greeted by Ms. Mastura. She's very professional, compassionate and attended my request to upgrade to the studio swiftly. Welcome drinks were sent to our table while waiting for the room to be ready. And fresh cut fruits were sent to our room! Amazing! The studio suite comes with its own parking spot, so that's one of the perks. A very big room, 2 working desks, a bathtub. They also have pools, steam room, but the sauna is not working though. In-room service was a chef kiss! Breakfast buffet as well. Every service was great and not even another 5* hotels can top that. Do keep it up, because you just made my holiday the best one yet. :)
