Liu Men Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved how the design managed to be modern while keeping the beautiful traditional Nyonya style, it gave the place so much charm. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is perfect! It’s within walking distance to all the main tourist spots like Jonker Street, the Melaka River, and the Red House. A great mix of comfort, heritage, and convenience!

Enjoyed spending our wedding anniversary with Liu Men Hotel. The experience and friendly staff made it felt like a home away from home. Complimentary drinks were served at the courtyard between 12-6pm to beat the heat. They also set the bed for bedtime and place bedroom slipper at the foot of the bed for easy wearing.

Second time staying at Liu Men, in fact I’ll come here every time I visit Malacca. Property is 3 mins walk to Jonker street, has a private carpark and the staff are all so welcoming! Love the handwritten welcome note and the various treats provided! Thank you Liu Men!

Nasir is very welcoming, when we first arrived to check in, on the 13 Nov'24. He created that sense of homeliness. All the Staff are very observant & customer service oriented. Being a Peranakan Baba myself, makes it even more meaningful. Keep it up, please.
