The property's location was good. Many of Melaka's famous historical places and tourist attractions (including the Stadthuys church, the Melaka River Cruise, Jonker Street, and the A Famosa Fort) are well within 10-15 minutes of driving (less on a good day, though prepare to use your GPS as roads in Melaka are confusing). On top of that, the Melaka Gateway island is right behind the property and is accessible by walking (though it's better to use a car). There is a convenience store right outside the property, which helps if you're a night owl looking for emergency supplies, food, or drinks. There is ample parking space in the property, since there are four floors dedicated to parking and there are no fixed lots (parking is on a first-come, first-served basis). The room was quite cozy, though if you take the one-bedroom apartment and are traveling in a group of 3, the third person will have to sleep on the couch, which is quite small. The bathroom includes a bathtub, which is a pleasant surprise for this price point. The hosts gave very clear instructions and were a pleasure to deal with. The checkout process was very streamlined.

The apartment is spacious and has a couch, table, chairs, double bed, bathtub, kitchen, and a walk-in shower. It is modern and has a good view out of the window.

The best place to stay.. nice view.. easy to check in and check out.. the staff was so nice and kind. Also the parking space was very good. Have alot of shop if u felt hungry at night

Good location, ideal for family outing and business. Plenty of parking with free parking facilities via the owner's parking access card. Room are clean and spacious with strong WiFi connections

1.Strong WIFI connections especially for tourists. 2.Cleanliness of the room. 3.Full sized refrigerator as well as kitchen utensils/utilities. 4.Washing machines but no place to hang clothes after washed. Lastly, I must commend property host is very helpful and do his best to accustom my issues.

I like that the location is quite near to the town and parking was free. Having a balcony is great to enjoy the city view.
