The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and confirmation by the property.
Upon check-in, please provide your photo identification or passport with the same name as your credit card used to make the booking. Failure to provide said documents may result in property requesting additional payment.
Please note that prices do not include minibar items, telephone usage, laundry services, or any other services not mentioned in the booking confirmation. This will be billed to you accordingly. Additional breakfast for children (4 to 12 years of age) is charged at MYR 15 per child.

The suite was very convenient for family stay and basic amenities provided were good. Hope the iftar+sahur stay package will still be in future as parents & kids really enjoyed the menu & convenience.

Very convenient for parking, comfort lobby, fast operation lift, got everything inside the room (iron with board, hair dryer, netflix & ytube) but need to put more plug point beside the bed for convenience charge for phone etc.

Location is great. Near the shophouses where there is lots of eateries. Opposite is the shopping mall, Mr DIY and McDonalds. Can walk to Jonker Street. Got elevator. Easy to unload and load luggage.
