The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.Please note that bookings are subject to a Heritage fee of MYR 5 per room, per night. This is payable directly to the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything was great, except for the beds which were too high for short people like me. Also, my parents have health issues especially with their legs so it was tough for them to climb up the bed and to get into the bath tub.

The hotel was good, staff r very attentive but the Raya decorations are not so grand as 5 star hotel. I’ve checked other festive seasons like Deepavali or CNY the decor r more grandeur compared to Hari Raya. Sadly our Raya photos r not so great compared to Mudzaffar hotel 4 star hotel that we stayed during our Raya 2024. Pls do something about this in future coz I find it very poorly done for a 5 star hotel 👎🏻

Aircond leaking in room 518. Floor full of water. Waited for 20 minutes for technician to came. After repair request housekeeping to mop the floor, but no one came. This is our 4th time stay at this hotel and quite disappointed this time

A golfing trip - so location to AkCC and TMGC was as good as it gets. Buffet breakfast has a nice spread. The aircon temp can’t be adjusted. It was too cold. Only the fan speed can be adjusted. We have to switch off the aircond at some point but room gets stuffy. The windows are full of mould. How can a 4-5 star hotel has so much mould on the windows? There were towels but 2 star hotel towels.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is away from the main tourist spot but I really like it as its very quiet and calm.

The room is exceptionally spacious, with a king-sized bed and cushy pillows. It was spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed by a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The room also includes a large TV and a bathtub. Additionally, basement parking is conveniently provided.

Huge bed and spacious room. Its Ramadhan and they have sahur to replace breakfast which is excellent.
