Tokom boravka jedan lift radio, ceka se po 15tak minuta da se udje u lift, nekoliko puta bude pun, kolica ne mogu stati, pa cekamo da ponovo dodje, sto nije bas prijatno sa bebom od 7mj, koja nema bas strpljenja. Dosta se vremena gubi na to. Hotel ne preporučujem porodicama sa bebama. Jedan dan internet nije radio, sto je nedopustivo u današnjem vremenu, obzirom da većinu posla obavljamo preko laptopa i internet nam je uvijek potreban. Soba 404 - losa izolacija, u sobi postoje vrata koja su spojena sa drugim apartmanom, osobe koje su boravile u drugom apartmanu kao da su s nama bile, sve smo čuli sta pricaju. Bas lose. U hotelu smo bili prije dvije godine i izuzetno smo bili zadovoljni, tad je bas sve na nivou bilo, zbog toga smo se odlučili opet doci, medjutim ovo je daleko ispod nivoa hotela 5*. Hrana, unutrašnji bazen, osoblje i cistoca su na nivou.

Beautiful hotel! The food is top-notch, the staff are friendly and professional, and everything is incredibly clean and meticulously maintained. Every detail reflects quality and genuine care for the guests.

the staff were absolutely brilliant. everyone was so kind and helpful the facilities were fantastic. even on a rainy day there were things to do - the gym, indoor pool and spa are great.

What we really enjoyed - especially our kid was the Kids club, with gorgeous area, program for the kids same as the staff which belonged to most pleasant i have ever met at any hotel. Really making a great atmosphere for kids and parents. Hotel position was very nice, same as the beach, we used bikes to transfer to Makarska city center, which was quiet close as well. Nice pool, also internal one, great gaming room for kids and evening cinema.

Very beatiful terraces with amazing views, specially from the restaurant on the 7th floor. Very nice people at the reception and from the managment. The breakfast just the best!! Rooms are very nice and clean. The beach is amasing. We want to come definitely again! Thanks for everything.

Super hotel!!! Everything from champagne at the checkin till the sea beach is on the upper level. They upgraded our room! Great restaurants and the best breakfast I ever had with huge vegan options!!!

All. Decor, room was superb, extra clean, staff the best. Thank you Ingrid for a great welcome, Maja for great coctail recommendation, Mirsad for great service at the restaurant. Breakfast was supperb too.
