I recently stayed at Punthill Maitland, and honestly, it was such a great experience! The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome — super friendly and genuinely helpful. The room was perfect: clean, modern, and super cozy. I loved that it had a kitchenette, which came in handy for making a quick coffee in the morning. The bed was super comfy too, which is always a big plus when you’re traveling. The location is spot on! It’s close to some great cafes and shops, and it’s easy to get around from there. Even though it’s central, it was so peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day. What really stood out for me was the little things — like how the staff went out of their way to recommend local spots or just check in to make sure everything was good. It’s those touches that make all the difference. If you’re heading to Maitland, I’d 100% recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back for sure!
