Very clean. Central location. Lots of attractions nearby. The Therme daily tickets are the reason one have to choose this location. Warm and hospitable stuff too. Great views from the balcony and window.

Location, Free entrance to Therme, room size, coffee/tea table outside the room, parking, bio local products. The coupons for the free attractions. Friendly and very helpful personal.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Very clean space. The breakfast each morning was lovely, we had quite a nice selection of food to choose from. Very close to some nice restaurants and a shop.

Handy location to restaurants and other tourist areas such as Zell Am See. Hotel room was comfortable and host was very friendly and efficient.

The check-in was self-service and we got the keys from a key box, but everything worked well. The room was quite modern and it had a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was very nice, eg we got eggs specifically cooked the way we wanted. The hotel gave us a leaflet with a lot of free activities and discounts in addition to the free visit to Tauern spa. The spa was fabulous and I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of more of the offered activities.
