The entire experience in this hotel was extremely efficient. The staff were lovely and extremely competent. The entire hotel and the room were really clean, which I sincerely appreciated. The rooms looked new and spotless and had all the necessary amenities. If we return to Mainz we will be staying here again.

Nearby the train station, well-designed room and warm atmosphere. I’ve been quite a few times in Mainz and Mercure is the perfect choice.

The hotel is not brilliant but the rooms are good and clean and mine had a good functioning airco. Also, the price was really affordable. For me, that, and the fact it’s very close to the station is worth a good rating.
