Placed well within the countryside, seaside, cities, and national trust sites. Lesley and Steve are excellent hosts and will either leave you alone or have a good chat with. They explain everything well and it was great to get to know them. The annex was very clean with modern facilities finished in an ocean/seaside decor. The Horseshoes a short walk on unpathed roads served excellent food and drink. The outside garden looked very comfortable but we were unable to take advantage that being in October. Sun room is a nice touch.

Comfortable, modern, well appointed with lovely touches such as welcome pack including fresh milk, butter, preserves and biscuits. Lesley and Steve are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The property was a lot better than i expected, the space is a good size for 2 people but for 1 it is more than big enough. All the facilities are brilliant and it really feels like a home away from home
