Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay the most comfortable they could. We had loads of luggage and 2 kids/babies, and staff helped us get to the airport, which was welcome at 7am.

The staff is amazing, everyone is super attentive. They gaves us treats for our arrival (champagne, juice for my daughter and cake) and served breakfast the time we asked for (they serve it from 2:00am on in the room). The location is perfect for those who are doing a overnight to catch a flight the next day.

The appearance of the building is welcoming, it is very close and central to a lot of the amenities and public transport.

The team!!! I was welcomed by a lovely lady who helped me with my bags. I had a complimentary bottle of champagne , raisins (Portuguese tradition of n NYE) chocolates and even party hats. I had an early flight so they arranged for breakfast to be ready at 4am for me to take.

Location is perfect for the Porto airport in Portugal which is why we chose this hotel.

Super close to the airport - walkable distance to the terminal, also walkable to all car rental agencies. They offer you breakfast to go or to the room - you decide for a time during check in. Ask for vegetarian breakfast as you’ll receive non-veggie stuff otherwise. :) Staff is super nice and helpful; we even received a “good night sparkling wine”.

Staff were really helpful, we had a very early flight to catch and he drove us across to the terminal. There was a lovely restaurant a few hundred metres away.
