The hotel is being renovated from top to bottom floors. I was lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms after having stayed in one of the not renovated rooms a couple years ago. The difference is astonishing! Great improvement and upgrade! Congratulations!

Very accessible to Porto via the metro. Free parking on site was great. The room while needing some work was comfortable & clean. The hot buffet breakfast was very nice. The reception staff were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to help us sort out our hire car problem.

Everything was good. But last day I booked a taxi through the hotel. But I haven't received the receipt yet. I need the receipt badly. Could you please ask the driver to send me the receipt as soon as possible.
