A hard working extended family living/working together keen to provide guests with a memorable experience. The property is traditional stilt home which provides an authentic cultural experience. The service provided was outstanding with no ask ever too much. I looked forward to the omelette, warm bread and banana for breakfast not to mention the coffee. Excellent value for money as breakfast is free! I really enjoyed the motorbike tour Co organised for me and hot springs visit:)

We had such agood time here! The owner is very kindly he helped us with everything- There is option to rent good scooters from that place , laundry service. The rooms is new and very clean. The location is perfect!

Host was an amazing guy, spoke good english and the accommodation was a lovely wooden lodge. Recommend having their dinner atleast for one night as it was one of the best ones we had in Vietnam.

Cò and his family are very nice and willing to help and suggest certain activities. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The homestay is in a lovely location in the middle of Ban Lac village, sorprended by rice field and mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable, mine had a nice terrace where you could sit and relax. The whole family were lovely hosts, always there to help and give advice on the best things to do in the area or just what dish to try at the local restaurants.i used the free bicycles provided to cycle round the area.

As previous reviews say Co proved to be the most amazing host ever! As you arrive he welcomes you with such a warm heart that immediately makes you feel at home! He shows you on the map where to go exploring, where to eat (avoiding touristic place and eating very local and delicious food!) and provides free bicycle to explore the surrounding areas! Thanks again Co and family :) I hope to come back !

After staying in different hotels in Vietnam I have to update the rating from 9 to 10. This was definitely the most charming place. The host is amazing, helpful, easy to talk to, and generaly the most perfect host you can imagine. We could use bikes for free, he helped to prepre them. Breakfast was in two styles - local or 'continental', the local was big soup which gave us energy for the whole day. The room had all necesary ammenities, and shower was a big plus. The view from window was on street with cute homestays and shops, but in the night it was quiet, the balcony was additional perk, quite unusual and only one we had during 2 week travel. The location is also very good - just in the middle of the charming village (and possibly quite turistic in the high season). We liked stay in this place the most.
