The fine print
All rooms include a minibar that is stocked with free drinks on arrival. Replacement drinks are provided at an additional charge.There is compulsory New Year's dinner on 31 December which is not included in the rate and has to be paid at the Resort. Please note, all other restaurants will be closed on those evenings.Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Failure to produce the original card at check-in will result in full payment being charged to an available credit card at check-in and the initial booking deposit will be refunded to the original card.A Dine Around Credit of EUR 40 per person per day for dinner (food only) is applicable to half board bookings only.There are 2 tennis courts and 2 paddle tennis courts open to our guestsPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. + The hotel room was just great, very spacious, well equipped and super clean + Very friendly and helpful staff + The pool is just amazing and perfectly close to the rooms + Great amenities such as the pool, tennis court, the turtles and the hill with the beautiful view over the whole area + The breakfast was good and included everything needed + Good restaurants in the nearby area - The hotel is quite remote and taxi/rental car needed to get around the island - - The price for the dinner buffet with around 80 EUR Person was way too expensive and was “cheating” on guests

Room service was inconsistent. No regularity in the daily cleaning, minibar was not refilled. The rest was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Food options are limited and expensive.

5 star accommodation with all amenities. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was well maintained, spacious and with all the comfort. Wi-Fi works perfectly, I had to do some business video call and the connection was stable.
