Hotel is an absolute win, not a single thing to improove from my point of view. The personell were absolutely fantastic as we were always treated like Royalty members. They were all very gentle but humorous and welcoming, Such a profesionality and care was unbelievable, i like Iberostar for years but this was top of them.. See you soon

The service was amazing staff are friendly,the guest relations manager was very helpful and professional, gave me free “al carte” restaurant entry last night before leaving which left a good impression of his services and the hotel reputation overall.

Even though we arrived at the hotel early, the staff immediately took us to our room and served us refreshments.The sea view and green garden were wonderful.Great breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner varieties were very nice.Security works great, they found our lost antique item immediately, we are very pleased..
