Good hotel, they upgraded our cottage stay to deluxe one. Staffs were nice. Overall it was good.

Hotel is located near to Mapro Garden at Panchgini. Vienna lake and Wilson point are close to this property. We stayed in a cottage and there is plenty of space outside for kids and pets to play. Cleanliness is maintained very well. Food quality is also very good. Staff behaviour is excellent as well. Overall, this property is recommended for family with little kids or pets who are looking to just spend some leisure time away from our day-to-day busy lives.

Oakwood is a small-ish "resort" but I liked the feel of a private accommodation as against to many people in a typical resort. Oakwood has a central quadrangle and provides few outdoor sport equipments like cricket, badminton, swing set etc The food was good, no complaints there. They have good wifi too.

The hosts Vishal and Swapnil were very helpful immediately after booking and till end of our stay. Vishal was at the property throughout and ensured all our needs and requests were met either in person or through his team. There was some issue with power getting cut in the room, and we had to trouble them at 3 am, but was immediately attended to and resolved. We did not have food at the place and unable to comment on that however.

The place is safe for family and especially kids. The staff was friendly and co-operative. The place is hardly five minutes walking from the main road and nearly ten minutes walking from Mapro Garden. Food was great. The taxi coordinator they provided was a good man (Mr. Kiran). Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Vishal for making our stay so comfortable.....
