Experience at break fast was average, delivery time from live counters was slow and confusing as there were no table numbers. Check in experience was not very welcoming. Had to approach reception twice as intercom was not working. Staff not proactive.

Location, ambience, food quality all was top class. All the staff was extremely helpful and polite. I had stayed with my American friend's family and we all were sufficiently impressed by the hospitality offered. There Spa service was extremely professional. Next time if I will go to Mahabaleshwar, I will certainly stay there only.

The property is good and well maintained with loads of fun activities for the guests to enjoy. However the rooms aren’t sound proof so you can hear people outside in the corridor and even if the next room is playing loud music or watching television. Overall the rooms are okay, but the staff disappointed us with their invasion of our privacy.
