“If only the Tent Hotel head office could issue my refund”

I really like the place, so after arriving there, I booked for the next day... through their app... but then I forgot to check the date - so I ended up booking a room for the same date as my checked in date. I tried asking for help with the people who worked there but they only can refer me to their head office.
