The staff are very friendly even with some of them did not know English. The kids/animation team are really nice and always keep children busy and happy.

The hotel is well-maintained with a welcoming and attentive staff at the reception and throughout the property. The location is amazing, close to everything you may need to. The hotel offers delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are stocked with Rituals toiletries and high-quality linens. Overall, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
